Mrs. June Carol Cochran, 88, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Pine View Health and Rehabilitation in Waynesboro, MS. She was born on Sunday, September 23, 1934 to the late John Carroll Kendrick and Susie Kendrick. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Mrs. Cochran is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy "Sput" Cochran; father, John Carroll Kendrick; mother, Susie Kendrick; three brothers, George Kendrick, Willard Kendrick, Bobby Kendrick; three sisters, Betty Leonard, Jeanette Jones, Laura Clanton. She is survived by two sons, Ray Cochran (Sheron), Jerry Cochran (Rhonda), both of Clara, MS; two daughters, Sue Williams (Lonnie) of State Line, MS, Sharon Beard (Randy) of Clara, MS; two brothers, Hubert Kendrick of Waynesboro, MS, Charles Kendrick of Petal, MS; sister, Linda Cancienne of Magnolia, MS; 9 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Cochran will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Mitchell Smith, Rev. Paul Harris, and Rev. Ron Swindall officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS. Pallbearers are Austin Swindall, Steven Cochran, Chad Beard, Andy Cochran, Ethan Cochran, Chuck Hardee, and Caleb Swindall.
