Mr. Julius Brashier, 87, of Laurel, MS passed away Thursday, July 30, 2026, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. The family would like to thank that Deaconess Hospice and their exceptional team for making it possible for the family to care for him at home. He was born in Clara, MS on Saturday, February 25, 1939, to the late John Harold Brashier and Ruby Brashier. He worked as a salesman for Walter's Furniture in Laurel, MS.

   Mr. Brashier is preceded in death by his parents, John Harold Brashier and Ruby Brashier; brother, Thomas Brashier. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Jerry Brashier; daughter, Donna Middleton (Kenny), all of Laurel, MS; Sister-In-Law, Mary Brashier of Eucutta, MS; two granddaughters, Amanda Cruz (George) and Emily Middleton, all of Laurel, MS.

   A Graveside Service for Mr. Brashier will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at Zion Rest Cemetery in Eucutta, MS with Matthew Brashier officiating. Interment will be in Zion Rest Cemetery in Eucutta, MS.
