Mrs. Julia V. Hollinghead, 73, of Millry, AL passed from this life Saturday, August 14, 2021, at Leakesville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Leakesville, MS. She was born in Laurel, MS on Thursday, April 29, 1948, to T. J. Hartley and Inez Hartley. She was a member of Red Creek Church of God. Mrs. Hollinghead is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Hollinghead; father, T. J. Hartley; mother, Inez Dearmon; son, Brian Hollinghead; three brothers, Janard Hartley, Joe Hartley, Gene Hartley; grandchild, Monty Earl. She is survived by her son, Harold Wesley Hollinghead (Amy), Millry, AL; two daughters, Tammy Bustos (Alex), Columbia, MS, Daphyne Andrews (James), Waynesboro, MS; two brothers, Jim Hartley (Susan), Brewertown, MS, Jack Hartley (Sherry), Hattiesburg, MS; six grandchildren, Johnathan Earl, Jacob Earl, Jayla Hollinghead, Jaiden Hollinghead, Justus Hollinghead, Kacey Andrews; three great grandchildren, Jasey McIlwain, Pacely McIlwain, Bentley McIlwain. Visitation for Mrs. Hollinghead will be held from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday, August 16, 2021, at Red Creek Church of God in Wayne County, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Red Creek Church of God in Wayne County, MS with Rev. Steve Watts officiating. Interment will be in Sandridge Cemetery in Millry, AL.
