Mr. John Wesley Windham, Jr., 67, of Bay Minette, AL passed from this life Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at William F. Green State Veterans Home in Bay Minette, AL. He was born in Mobile, AL on Friday, June 29, 1956 to John W. Windham and Eunie R. Burgess. Mr. Windham served in the United States Navy and was a Veteran. He worked as a Furniture Upholster. Mr. Windham is preceded in death by his first wife, Debra Louise Smith; son, Michael Windham; father, John W. Windham; mother, Eunie R. Burgess;  brother-in-law, Robert McLeod. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Debra Windham, Andalusia, AL; two sons, Christopher Windham (Tonya), Kelly Alan Windham (Amanda); sister, Sue Hudson; brother, David Windham (Lori); three grandchildren, Destiny, Joshua, and Virginia Windham. Visitation for Mr. Windham will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, October 13, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Tyson officiating. Interment will be in Boyles Chapel Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
