Mr. John "Johnny" Mashburn, 51, of Chicora, MS passed from this life Sunday, May 21, 2023 at University of Alabama- Birmingham in Birmingham, AL surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Thursday, June 17, 1971 to Billy Mashburn and Ann Corley. He was a member of Chicora First Baptist Church. He worked as a Welder for Ala-Miss, Inc. Mr. Mashburn is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Jerri Mashburn; father, Billy Mashburn, both of Chicora, MS; mother, Ann Corley of Waynesboro, MS; three daughters, Brittany Lewis (Justin) of Chicora, MS, Constance Dees (Daniel) of Millry, AL, Shelby Sullivan (Hunter) of Buckatunna, MS; brother, Bobo Mashburn of Buckatunna, MS; sister, Mary Ann Waite (Shaun) of Millry, AL; seven grandchildren, Heidi, A. J., Layton, Brance, Ledger "Tadpole", Lucie, and Blakely. A Graveside Service for Mr. Mashburn will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Chicora-Davis Cemetery in Chicora, MS with Rev. Mitchell Smith officiating. Interment will be in Chicora-Davis Cemetery in Chicora, MS.
