Mr. Jimmie Ted Duvall, 88, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Wayne General Hospital. He was born in Matherville on Sunday, September 4, 1932 to Pete Duvall and Iva Duvall. He was a member of Chapparal Baptist Church. Mr. Jimmie Ted served in the United States Army and was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He had worked as a Owner/Operator at Duvall Logging & Duvall Dirtworks. Mr. Jimmie Ted is preceded in death by his father, Pete Duvall; mother, Iva Duvall; brother, Freddie Duvall; sister, Maxine Duvall. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Margaret Louise Duvall; son, Teddy Duvall (Teresa), Waynesboro, MS; two daughters, Nancy Duvall Johnson, Meridian, MS, Amy Duvall (Frank Breazeale), Meridian, MS; two grandsons, Jaret Duvall (Gabby), Waynesboro, MS, Chandler Culwell, Saint Louisville, OH. Visitation for Mr. Jimmie Ted will be held from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, June 11, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, June 11, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Williams and Rev. Fawzy Shorrosh officiating. Interment will be in Chapparal Cemetery.
