Mr. Jerry Wayne McLain, Sr., 61, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Saturday, January 8, 2022 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Monday, August 15, 1960 to Owen McLain, Sr. and Daisy Bell McLain. He worked in the oil field as a foreman. Mr. McLain is preceded in death by his father, Owen McLain, Sr.; mother, Daisy Bell McLain; three brothers, O. W. McLain, Jr., Bobby Ray McLain, Michael McLain; four sisters, Beverly Maxie, Shirley Ezell, Myrtle Davis, Linda Cooley. He is survived by three sons, Jerry Wayne McLain, Jr., Waynesboro, MS, Jonathan McLain (Mkenzie), Laurel, MS, Michael McLain, Waynesboro, MS; four daughters, Daisy Becker (Jason), Yankton, SD, Brandi McLain (Trace), Waynesboro, MS, Valerie McLain, Sweetwater, TX, Elizabeth McLain, Waynesboro, MS; two brothers, Ike McLain, Brandon, MS, Ray Dean McLain (Krystal), Waynesboro, MS; two sisters, Annette Scarbrough (Arthur), Waynesboro, MS, Jennette Easterling (Michael), Laurel, MS; four grandchildren, Angelina McLain, Damon McLain, Gloria McLain, Charlotte Sammons; 3 great grandchildren. Visitation for Mr. McLain will be held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at McLain Chapel Assembly of God Church in Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at McLain Chapel Assembly of God Church in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Bryan Beech officiating. Interment will be in Boyles Chapel Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
