Mr. Jeremy Dale Bush, 48, of Leakesville, MS, passed from this life Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Greene County Hospital in Leakesville, MS. He was born in Laurel, MS, on Monday, October 2, 1978, to Jeffrey Darnell Bush and Maxine Blackwell.

   Mr. Bush is survived by his mother, Maxine Blackwell (Timothy) of Waynesboro, MS; father, Jeffrey Darnell Bush of Laurel, MS; brother, Blane Blackwell (Mckensie) of Waynesboro, MS; two aunts, Pauline Williams (Tony) of Neely, MS, and Sharon Lott (Elton) of McLain, MS; uncle, Travis Cumbie (Jill) of McLain, MS; grandmother, Ruby Blackwell of Waynesboro, MS; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

   Visitation for Mr. Bush will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS, with Rev. Tim Moore officiating. Interment will be in Blackwell Family Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
