Ms. Jane Martin, 79, of Hattiesburg, MS passed from this life Saturday, December 7, 2024, at the Windham House of Hattiesburg in Hattiesburg, MS. She was born on Monday, April 9, 1945, to the late T. L. Martin, Jr. and Tabitha "Tab" Lewis. She retired from special education for the Jefferson Parish School District in Metairie, LA.

Ms. Martin is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son, Martin Dean Jordan, Sr. of Waynesboro, MS; two brothers, Steve Martin (Teresa) of Hattiesburg, MS and Tommy Martin (Jamie) of Porterville, MS; sister, Ruby Sanders of Meridian, MS; two grandchildren, Alecia Watson and Martin Dean Jordan, Jr., both of Waynesboro, MS.

A Celebration of Life will be held later by family and friends.
