Mrs. Jackie Sue Thompson, 78, of Prattville, AL passed from this life Monday, May 2, 2022. She was born in Waynesboro, MS on Friday, June 11, 1943 to Wesley E. McLain and May Ruth McLain. Jackie had a passion for collecting stamps, tending to her flowers, dropping a few quarters from time to time, and spending time out on the porch with a cup of coffee chatting with friends. Mrs. Thompson is preceded in death by her husband, Menis Hugh Thompson; father, Wesley E. McLain; mother, May Ruth McLain; son, Mark Woodcock; daughter, Teresa Woodcock. She is survived by her two sons, Randy Woodcock, Keith Woodcock; brother, Jake McLain; sister, Nonie McLain; seven grandchildren, Luke, Josh, Ashley, Dallas, Denver, Dakota, Kayla; niece, Lesia; nephew, Tony; several great grandchildren. Graveside Services for Mrs. Thompson will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Boyles Chapel Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Curtis Cain officiating.
