Mr. Howard Clark, 70, of Oxford, MS passed from this life Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Mississippi State Veterans Home in Oxford, MS. He was born in State Line, MS on Wednesday, January 9, 1952 to the late Nonie Alonzo Clark and Ollie Pearl (Ezell) Clark. Mr. Clark served in the United States Army and was a Veteran of the Gulf War. He worked as a Truck Driver at J.B. Hunt. Mr. Clark is preceded in death by his wife, Jonny Clark; parents, Nonie Alonzo Clark and Ollie Pearl (Ezell) Clark; four brothers, Robert E. Lee Clark, N. A. Clark, Harold Clark, Harry Clark; sister, Angela Clark. He is survived by his three sons, Michael Clark (Jamie), Jonesboro, AR, Robert Clark (Lindsey), Destin, FL, Howard Christopher Clark, Paragould, AR; daughter, Angela Gonzales, Rankin, TX; brother, Nonie Dewayne Clark (Marla), Waynesboro, MS; four sisters, Daisy Louise Rhom, Spartanburg, SC, Ella Pittman, Buckatunna, MS, Diane Smith (Tracy), Waynesboro, MS, Sonja Dumas (Steve), Clara, MS; six grandchildren, Nikki, Hunter, Jamie, Dylan, Karleigh, and Zoey; three great grandchildren, Isaiah, Layton, and Copelynn; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mr. Clark will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Friday, January 6, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, January 6, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Mitchell Smith officiating.
