Mr. Gregory "Von T" Sanderson, 70, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Tuesday, February 14, 1956, to the late Vonnie T and Nettie Mae Sanderson. He retired from Lard Oil Company. He will always be remembered by his family and a very kind person. He was an avid reader and loved to study History.

   Mr. Sanderson is preceded in death by his parents, Vonnie T and Nettie Mae Sanderson; Brother-In-Law, Floyd Pacey. He is survived by his sister, Sandra Pacey of Waynesboro, MS; two step nieces, Jennifer Randall (Mark) and Linsie DeLorme; three step great nephews, Matthew Williams, Cooper Williams, and Jakob DeLorme, all of Brandon, MS.

   Visitation for Mr. Sanderson will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Jason Sehon officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
