Mrs. Glenda Sue Armstrong, 59, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Friday, April 15, 2022, at her residence. She was born in Waynesboro, MS on Wednesday, January 30, 1963, to Louie Allen and Martha Ann Freeman. She was a member of West Shady Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. Armstrong is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby "Sandy" Armstrong; father, Louie Allen Freeman; mother, Martha Ann Mills; son, Chris "Squashy" Lee. She is survived by two brothers, Sam Freeman (Relda), Waynesboro, MS, Brandon Freeman; two sisters, Sandra Kay Sturdivant, Waynesboro, MS, Niese McLeod, Lillian, AL; three grandchildren, Braxton Lee (Kyrah), McKenzie Lee, Kloie Stevens all of Waynesboro, MS; three great grandchildren, Bailey Lee, Aubrey Bonner, Breland Hutcherson; niece raised as a daughter, Nikki Walker Stevens, Waynesboro, MS; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mrs. Armstrong will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Graveside Services will be held at 2:30 PM Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at West Shady Grove Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Stephen Smith officiating. Interment will be in West Shady Grove Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
