Mrs. Gladys "Cookie" Bunch, 82, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Wayne General Hospital. She was born in Millry, AL on Thursday, June 15, 1939 to Steve Dunn and Hessie Dunn. She was a member of Little Rock Assembly of God Church. She worked as a Cashier at Sunflower for 28 years and later worked at Walmart for several years. Mrs. Cookie is preceded in death by her father, Steve Dunn; mother, Hessie Dunn; brother, Bud Dunn; two sisters, Louise Holyfield, Berniece Shetler. She is survived by her husband, Huey P. Bunch; son, Dale Bunch (Sherry); two daughters, Judy Bunch, Tracy Foy (Joey), all of Waynesboro, MS; nine grandchildren, Jayla Hegwood (Brandon), Ashley Cooley (Donald Wayne), Justin Foy, Jacob Foy, Chance Bunch, Dylan Bunch, Auston Bunch, Schlee Bunch, Amanda Williams; 10 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Cookie will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Little Rock Assembly of God Church, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 22, 2022 at Little Rock Assembly of God Church with Rev. Ryan Powers and Rev. Jason Merritt officiating. Interment will be in Little Rock Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jacob Foy, Justin Foy, Auston Bunch, Brandon Hegwood, Donald Wayne Cooley, Billy Wayne Bunch, Dylan Bunch, and Kevin Malone.
