Mrs. Geraldine Dearmon, 72, of Millry, AL passed from this life Friday, February 3, 2023 at her residence. She was born in State Line, MS on Wednesday, May 31, 1950 to Clarence Strickland and Rena Strickland. She was a member of Johnson Creek Baptist Church. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Geraldine is preceded in death by her father, Clarence Strickland; mother, Rena Strickland; brother, Leon Strickland; four sisters, Irma Jean Smith, Helen Williams, Gracie Lee Smith, Dorothy McInnis. She is survived by her two daughters, Shelia Waite (Winston), Millry, AL, Nikki Odom (Chris), Waynesboro, MS; son, William Dearmon (Leann), Millry, AL; three brothers, Van Strickland, C. V. Strickland, Vardaman Strickland, Juanita Hillman, Jeanette Williams; seven grandchildren, Amber Phillips, Kirsten Dearmon, Bailey Dearmon, Kambree Odom, Landree Odom, Victoria Tate, Dustin Dearmon; three Great Grandchildren, Jaden Phillips, Brylee Phillips, Kaden Tate. Visitation for Mrs. Geraldine will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday, February 6, 2023 at Flat Branch Assembly of God Church, Millry, AL. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM Monday, February 6, 2023 at Flat Branch Assembly of God Church in Millry, AL with Rev. Larry Turner officiating. Interment will be in Pine Tree Cemetery in Millry, AL. Pallbearers are Brad Hopkins, Timothy Dearmon, Curtis Ray Strickland, Bailey Dearmon, Cameron Waite, and Hugh Smith.
