Mr. George Colon Pitts, Jr., 59, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Saturday, May 28, 2022 at H. C. Watkins Memorial Hospital in Quitman, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Saturday, September 15, 1962 to the late George Colon Pitts, Sr. and Magdalene Pitts. Mr. Pitts is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by wife, Chastity Presley-Pitts, Waynesboro, MS; two daughters, Kayla Touchstone, Teresa Maria Cason, Waynesboro, MS; step son, Presley Steven Ray, Clara, MS; brother, John Pitts (Tammy), Shubuta, MS; sister, Eva Pitts, Clara, MS; mother-in-law, Annette Stevison, Strengthford, MS; a host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Visitation for Mr. Pitts will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday, May 30, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, Waynesboro, MS. Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Shirley Place Cemetery in Wayne County, MS. Interment will be in Shirley Place Cemetery in Wayne County, MS.
