Mrs. Frances J. Freeman, 84, of Hattiesburg, MS passed from this life Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg. She was born in Waynesboro on Thursday, October 15, 1936 to Lloyd E. Williams and Georgia Etta Williams. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Hattiesburg. She had worked as Owner/Operator of Sear's in Waynesboro. Mrs. Frances is preceded in death by her first husband, Harold Gray Jones, Sr.; second husband, Roddis M. Freeman; father, Lloyd E. Williams; mother, Georgia Etta Williams; son, Harold Gray Jones, Jr.; brother, John Harold Williams; two sisters, Mary Helen Westover, Pearl Brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Smith, Hattiesburg, MS; brother, Norman Williams, Mobile, AL; two sisters, Linda Rogers, Tuscaloosa, AL, Jean Napp, Theodore, AL; six grandchildren, Kelly Nash, Matthew Smith, Jeremy Jones, Brook Jones, Brantley Jones, Courtney Jones; several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mrs. Frances will be held from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Sehon officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery.
