Mrs. Frances D. Zepponi, 91, of Tulsa, OK passed from this life Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Green Country Care Center in Tulsa, OK. She was born in Hiwannee, MS on Monday, January 18, 1932, to the late Edward Earl "Honey" and Mary Alice Davidson. Mrs. Zepponi graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor's degree in public education. She retired as a schoolteacher at Terrebonne High School in Houma, LA. Mrs. Zepponi is preceded in death by her husband, Frank R. Zepponi; parents, Edward Earl "Honey" and Mary Alice Davidson; brother, J. D. Davidson. She is survived by her son, Frank R. Zepponi (Sally) of Austin, TX; sister, Earle Gibson (John) of Tulsa, OK; two granddaughters, Anna Zepponi of Austin, TX, Claire Zepponi of Albuquerque, NM; nieces and nephews, Rita Ayers, Traci Hooks, Clint Cook, Dudley Davidson. A Graveside Service for Mrs. Zepponi will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 15, 2023, in the Waynesboro Cemetery, in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Curtis Cain offciating.
