Mrs. Frances Ouida Burton, 85, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Thursday, June 1, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Jones County, MS on Saturday, April 30, 1938 to Lee Frank Manning and Oree C. Manning. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Burton is preceded in death by her husband, Odis Burton; father, Lee Frank Manning; mother, Oree C. Manning; son, Daniel Burton; daughter Rebecca Carr; two brothers, Leland Manning, Johnny Manning. She is survived by her son, Mark Burton, Waynesboro, MS; 4 daughters, Renita Odom (Jimmy), Waynesboro, MS, Pam Burton, Waynesboro, MS; Paula Kelley (Ronnie), State Line, MS, Ugenia Pitts (Mark), Shubuta, MS; nine grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; caregivers, Molly Burton, Kim Odom. A Graveside Service for Mrs. Burton will be held at 2:30 PM Sunday, June 4, 2023 at Serenity Gardens Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS with Dr. DeJuan Walley officiating.
