Mrs. Erma Lee Pugh, 100, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Monday, August 12, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Wayne County, MS on Sunday, June 22, 1924 to the late Mallie Bonner and Clara (Dyess) Bonner. She was a member of Waynesboro First Methodist Church. She retired as a Department Store Clerk. Mrs. Pugh is preceded in death by her husband, George A. Pugh; father, Mallie Bonner; mother, Clara (Dyess) Bonner; two brothers, O. E. "Pete" Bonner, Cecil Bonner; sister, Thelma Graham; nephew, Ronnie Graham. She is survived by her five nephews, Jerry Bonner (Robin), Waynesboro, MS, Dale Bonner (Debbie), Quitman, MS, Garey Bonner (Linda), Waynesboro, MS, Redell Bonner (Faye), Waynesboro, MS, Glen Graham (Barbara), Shubuta, MS; four nieces, Carol Alman (Kenny), Slidell, LA, Kay Jones (Bobby), Waynesboro, MS, Glenda Graham, Meridian, MS, Gayla Newell (Mike), Waynesboro, MS. Visitation for Mrs. Pugh will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Curtis Cain officiating. Interment will be in New Hope Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS. Pallbearers are Dale Bonner, Garey Bonner, Redell Bonner, Glen Graham, Eddie Riglan, Baron Graham.
