Mr. Erasmus David Touchstone, 69, of Leakesville, MS passed from this life Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Greene County Hospital in Leakesville, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Wednesday, September 5, 1956, to the late James Edward Touchstone and Mary Francis Dyess. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for J. J. Pryor Construction.

   Mr. Touchstone is preceded in death by his father, James Edward Touchstone; mother, Mary Francis Dyess; two brothers, John L. Touchstone and Michael W. Touchstone; nephew, Russell E. Touchstone. He is survived by his two brothers, Thomas E. Touchstone (Shirley) and Eddie R. Touchstone (Cinde), all of Prentiss, MS; sister, Sherry T. Guillory of Mobile, AL; four nieces, Connie Touchstone, Natasha Touchstone, Michelle Vilamaa, and Megan Owens; nephew, David Guillory; aunt, Naomi Dyess Matros; 11 great nieces and nephews.

   Visitation for Mr. Touchstone will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, June 5, 2026, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Zions Rest Cemetery in Eucutta, MS with Rev. Scott Hathorn officiating. Interment will be in Zion Rest Cemetery in Eucutta, MS. In lieu of flowers donations my be made to the Zion Rest Cemetery for upkeep.
