Mr. Elvis Dewain Snellgrove, 67, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at his residence. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Sunday, July 22, 1956, to Wesley and Mable Snellgrove. He was a member of Lowery Assembly of God Church. He retired as a floor hand at Rapad Drilling Company.

Mr. Snellgrove is preceded in death by his parents, Wesley and Mable Snellgrove; three brothers, Namon Ray Snellgrove, Sammy Earl Snellgrove, and Dwight Edward Snellgrove. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Snellgrove of Pavo, GA; three daughters, Heather Snellgrove of Waynesboro, MS, Brittany Snellgrove of Pavo, GA, Kimberly Schoffel (Ira) of Tallahassee, FL; brother, Prentiss Snellgrove of Waynesboro, MS; sister, Fay Cagle (Gary) of Pearl, MS; seven grandchildren, Molly Schoffel, Alexa Schoffel, Sid Schoffel, Kaleb McElhaney, Avery Curran, Landon Snellgrove, and Jaxon Dewain Snellgrove; a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mr. Snellgrove will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, July 12, 2024, at Lowery Assembly of God Church in Wayne County, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 13, 2024, at Lowery Assembly of God Church in Wayne County, MS with Rev. Michael Cooley officiating. Interment will be in Lowery Cemetery in Wayne County, MS.
