Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Coaker, affectionately known as "Nannie" by many, 81, of Fruitdale, AL passed from this life Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Saucier, MS on Sunday, October 5, 1941 to the late Leo C. Williams and Mildred Williams. She was a member of South Oak Grove Baptist Church. She worked as a Homemaker. Mrs. Coaker is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Coaker; father, Leo C. Williams; mother, Mildred Williams; brother, Leo Kenneth Williams; sister, Dianne Williams. She is survived by her two sons, Calvin Mitchell Coaker (Phyllis), Marty Coaker; daughter, Rita Douglas; brother, James H. Williams (Diane) all of Fruitdale, AL; two sisters, Faye Doherty (Bruce) of Waynesboro, MS, Shelia Giles (Leroy) of Fruitdale, AL; sister-in-law, Lenora Ostiguy of Mobile, AL; eight grandchildren, Brad Coaker, Heath Coaker (Amanda) both of Fruitdale, AL, Grant Coaker (Tiffany) of Tibbie, AL, Bethany Douglas of Mobile, AL, Breana Still, Bailey Coaker, Noah Rivers (Carley), Tony Johnston (Torie), all of Fruitdale, AL; a host of great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Visitation for Mrs. Coaker will be held from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, Friday, October 28, 2022 at South Oak Grove Baptist Church, 824 Firetower Road, Fruitdale, AL 36539. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, October 28, 2022 at South Oak Grove Baptist Church in Fruitdale, AL with Rev. Buddy Jones, Rev. Fred Toomey, and Rev. Joe Williams officiating. Interment will be in South Oak Grove Cemetery (Grace Williams Cemetery) in Fruitdale, AL. Pallbearers are grandsons and great grandsons. Honorary Pallbearers are the ladies of South Oak Grove Baptist Church.
