Mr. Dwight Newman Richardson, 72, of Shubuta, MS passed from this life Saturday, August 31, 2024, at his residence. He was born in Athens, AL on Wednesday, August 20, 1952, to the late William Newman Richardson and Betty Madline Richardson. He served in the United States National Guard. He retired as a Truck Driver for DUNN Roadbuilders.

Mr. Richardson is preceded in death by his parents, William Newman and Betty Madline Richardson; Daughter-In-Law, Angela Kaye Richardson; three brothers, William Richardson, David Richardson, and Charles Richardson. He is survived by his son, Brian Keith Richardson; companion, Patricia A. Richardson; three grandchildren, Kaitlin Faith Richardson, Brian Thomas Richardson, Babara Ann Richardson; two great grandchildren, Olivia Dykes and Alexnder Rhodes; two brothers, Barry Richardson, James Richardson; two sisters, Ida Nell Griffin, Terry Richardson; Mother-In-Law, Myrtice C. Parnell; a host of nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Richardson will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 11, 2024 at Evergreen Baptist Church, Shubuta, MS with Bro. Josh West officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Shubuta, MS.
