Mr. Douglas Wayne "Coon Hunter" Crager, 61, of State Line, MS passed from this life Friday, July 5, 2024, at Mobile Infirmary Hospital West in Mobile, AL. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Monday, August 27, 1962, to the late Douglas Leon Crager, Sr. and Lottie Bell Crager. He was a member of the Independent Community Church.  He retired as owner and operator of T & W Trucking.

Mr. Crager is preceded in death by his parents, Douglas Leon Crager, Sr. and Lottie Bell Crager; brother, Douglas Leon Crager, Jr.; niece, Bridgette Crager. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Teresa Crager of State Line, MS; son, Cody Crager (McKenzie Holifield) of Waynesboro, MS; raised as a daughter, Crystal Hopkins of Millry, AL; sister, Lottie Marie Fondren of State Line, MS; two grandchildren, Madison Crager and Dakota "Coco" Crager; a host of nieces and nephews; fur baby, Queen.

Visitation for Mr. Crager will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday, July 7, 2024, at Waynesboro First Assembly of God, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, July 8, 2024, at Waynesboro First Assembly of God in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Mark Guy and Rev. Jim Koen officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Buckatunna, MS.
