Ms. Donna Lynn Hall Barnett, 61, of Jonesville, LA passed from this life Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. She was born in Meridian, MS on Saturday, October 12, 1963, to the late Talmage Troy Hall and Virginia Ruth Hall. She retired as an Associate at Walmart.

Ms. Barnett is preceded in death by her parents, Talmage Troy Hall and Virginia Ruth Hall; two sisters, Sheila Fay Boyles and Carol Virginia Reeves. She is survived by her son, Roger Dale Barnett of Daly City, CA; brother, Ronald Troy Hall of San Diego, CA; three sisters, Sharon Ann Busby of Waynesboro, MS, Rhonda Marie Rackley of Hattiesburg, MS, and Amy Ruth Revette of Waynesboro, MS; two granddaughters, Jalynn Belle Barnett and Kelley Annalise Barnett, both of Millington, TN; lifelong friend and former husband, Sammy Lee Barnett of Waynesboro, MS; a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Ms. Barnett will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Ervin Mooney officiating. Interment will be in West Shady Grove Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
