Mr. Donald Ray Pitts, 54, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Wednesday, September 25, 1968 to the late B. B. Pitts and Wilmer Pitts. He was a member of Maynor Creek Assembly of God Church.  He worked as a Self-Employed Mechanic. Mr. Pitts is preceded in death by his father, B. B. Pitts; mother, Wilmer Pitts; three brothers, Howard Pitts, Buddy Pitts, Benny Pitts; sister, Elouise Odom. He is survived by his son, Dustin Pitts (Summer); brother, Clifford Pitts, both of Waynesboro, MS; two sisters, Pauline Parman (Jody), Tanya Rigney both of Clara, MS; three grandchildren, Easton Pitts, Tatum Pitts, Barrett Pitts all of Waynesboro, MS; special friend, Stephanie Fairley of Wiggins, MS; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mr. Pitts will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, October 31, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Ray Hudson and Rev. Jim Riley officiating. Interment will be in Boyles Chapel Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
