Mrs. Daisy Bush, 68, formally of Owensboro, KY passed away Friday March 21, 2025, in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Owensboro on July 30, 1956, to the late Donald Wade Bush Sr and Jesse (Polly) Calloway Forman.

She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Terry Bush and Donald wade Bush II; sister, Martika Cox; beloved dog, Rex.

For years she worked as a caretaker until getting her phlebotomy license. She then worked for years with Dr. Prahapati until her health forced her into early retirement. She enjoyed working on her landscaping and listening to her all-time favorite singer Rod Stewart. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her only two daughters, Lisa (Tim) Walley of Waynesboro, MS and Tara (Andrew) Johnson of Madisonville, KY; three grandchildren, Jessica Hester of Owensboro, KY, Collyn (Brittany) Johnson of Scottsville, KY, and Haleigh Johnson and fiancé Nathan of Scottsville, KY; four great grandchildren; Elizabeth Kasinger, Camdyn and Adley Hester of Owensboro, KY and Laya Johnson of Scottsville, KY; several nieces and nephew. A private burial with family will be at a later date.
