Mrs. Cindy Pitts, 60, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Mobile, AL on Monday, April 19, 1965 to Eugene Duckworth and Betty McNally Duckworth. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.  She worked as a Plant Supervisor at Sun-Beam Oster, and owner of Shabby Chic Boutique and The Sunny Sombrero. Mrs. Pitts is preceded in death by her father Eugene Duckworth. She is survived by her beloved husband Billy Dale Pitts of Waynesboro, MS; two daughters, Jill Gandy(Noel) of Shenandoah, IA and McCayla Pitts of Birmingham, AL; step-son, Colby Pitts(Beth) of Madison, MS; mother, Betty McNally Duckworth of Waynesboro, MS; brother, Gene Duckworth of State Line, MS; four grandchildren, Charlie Gandy, Lucy Gandy, Parker Pitts, and Claire Pitts. Visitation for Mrs. Pitts will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, September 12, 2025, at Liberty Baptist Church, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 12, 2025 at Liberty Baptist Church in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Noel Gandy and Rev. Phillip Gandy officiating.
