Mr. Cornelius "Nealy" Williams, 65, of Chatom, AL passed from this life Saturday, May 18, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Laurel, MS on Saturday, January 24, 1959, to Retha Matthews. He was retired as a crew foreman for Keith Bunch Logging.

Mr. Williams is preceded in death by his mother, Retha Matthews. He is survived by his wife, Benita Walker Williams of Chatom, AL; three sons, Brandon Williams (Kacy) of Denham Springs, LA, Dustin Williams (Brittany) of Buckatunna, MS, Austin Williams of Chatom, AL; stepson, Joshua Walker of Mobile, AL; three grandchildren, Aubree Williams, Alivia Williams, and Kavie Williams.

A visitation for Mr. Williams will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. A private Memorial Service will be held by the immediate family at a later date.
