Mr. Chandler Brett Pugh, 27, of Buckatunna, MS passed from this life Thursday, May 1, 2025, in Buckatunna, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Wednesday, August 6, 1997, to Oscar Evan Pugh and Crystal Waite Pugh. He was a member of Cheryl Lankford Ministries. He worked as a mechanic at Seadrill. He carried a lot of titles in life but his greatest accomplishment of all was being Baker's "Daddy".

Chandler is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Walter Waite and J Willard Pugh; grandmother, Betty Jane Pugh. He is survived by his loving wife, Cassidy Beasley Pugh of Buckatunna, MS; parents, Crystal Waite Pugh and Oscar Evan Pugh of Shubuta, MS; son, Baker Ross Pugh of Buckatunna, MS; brother, Evan Blake Pugh (Cassidy) of Hattiesburg, MS; grandmother, Gail Waite Sheets of Frankville, AL; Father and Mother-In-Law, Shannon and Rhonda Beasley of Buckatunna, MS; Grandmother-In-Law, Rev. Cheryl Lankford of State Line, MS; Sister-In-Law, Carley Beasley of Buckatunna, MS; nephew, Jansen Jhett Pugh; niece, Tinleigh June Pugh; two aunts, Tanya Waldron and Angie Lankford, both of State Line, MS; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and other family.

Visitation for Chandler will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Cheryl Lankford officiating. Interment will be in Serenity Gardens Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
