Mrs. Carole Diann Seeger, 79, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Laurel, MS on Friday, April 6, 1945, to the late Willie P. and Elma V. Johnson. She was a member of Waynesboro First Methodist. She retired as a Special Education Teacher for the Wayne County School District. Mrs. Seeger is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by husband of 54 years, Charles W. Seeger; two sons, Jason Seeger (Deann) and Brian Seeger, all of Waynesboro, MS; daughter, Leslie Arnold (Martin) of Fairmount, GA; three grandchildren, Jonathan Seeger, Melissa Reid (Dalton), and Sophie Seeger. Visitation for Mrs. Seeger will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Curtis Cain officiating. Interment will be in Serenity Gardens Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
