Bro. Ricky Revette, 62, of Buckatunna, MS passed from this life Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Wayne General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Waynesboro on Monday, September 7, 1959 to Clyde Revette and Kitty Revette. He was Pastor of Springbank Baptist Church in Chatom for 20 years. He was the Owner and Operator of Revette Muffler Shop for 40 years. Bro. Ricky is preceded in death by his Father-In-Law, Nig Hutto. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 38 years, Sherry Revette; father, Clyde Revette; mother, Kitty Revette; two daughters, Janna R. Reynolds (Matthew), Lauren Revette Brown; brother, Greg Revette (Regina), all of Buckatunna, MS; two sisters, Laura Kelley (Jerry), Buckatunna, MS, Teresa Martin (Steve), Hattiesburg, MS; Mother-In-Law, Blossom Hutto, Clara, MS; five grandchildren, Raegyn Reynolds, Mason Brown, Rowan Brown, Finn Reynolds, Daschell Brown; several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Bro. Ricky will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday, January 31, 2022 at Buckatunna First Baptist Life Center, Buckatunna, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Buckatunna First Baptist Church, 48 Buckatunna-Mt. Zion Road, Buckatunna, MS with Dr. Terry Williams and Rev. John Brown officiating. Interment will be in Buckatunna First Baptist Cemetery. Pallbearers are Marc Kelley, Blake Revette, Cobi Crager, Justin Creightan, Jeremy Carr, Quint Crager, Scott Revette, Patrick Revette.
