Mr. Brantley Bazor, 57, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Monday, September 5, 2022 at Southern Living Specialty Care Residency in Waynesboro, MS. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Wednesday, June 2, 1965 to Fred Bazor, Jr. and Betsy Helen Bazor. He was a graduate of Clara High School and Mississippi State University School of Forestry. He worked as a Forester for Bazor Timber Company. He was of the Methodist faith having been a member of Clara United Methodist Church. Mr. Brantley was an avid outdoors enthusiast. He loved deer hunting with his friends of the Dry Creek Hunting Club. He enjoyed deep sea fishing and was proud of his Grand Slam wild turkey collection. Brantley enjoyed cross-country trips with his wife and beach trips with his children.

Brantley is preceded in death by his mother, Betsy Helen Bazor; grandparents, Fred Bazor, Sr., Yuba Bowling, Percy Bowling, Terry Ross, Priscilla Ross. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Tina Bazor; father, Fred Bazor, Jr.; two daughters, Brittney Bazor (Thomas), Jennifer Volrath (Blake); son, Brant Bazor.

Visitation for Mr. Bazor will be held from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Jesse Long, III officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS. Pallbearers are Justin Rigney, Thomas Rigney, Rusty Crane, Jason "Cheeseburger" Yates, Doug Perry, and Gaston Hutcherson.

The family gives a special thanks to Stan Trigg and the staff of Southern Living Specialty Care for making Brantley's final days comfortable.
