Mr. Bobby "Bobcat" Odom, 64, of Chicora, MS passed from this life Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. He was born in State Line, MS on Friday, September 12, 1958 to Edward and Gertrude Odom. He retired as a drilling superintendent/consultant in the Oil and Gas Production. He enjoyed the outdoors spending his time hunting, fishing, and with his family. Bobcat is preceded in death by his father, Edward Odom; daughter, Stormy Nicole Odom. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Regina Odom of Chicora, MS; mother, Gertrude Odom of Leakesville, MS; son, Phillip Glenn Odom (Sabrina) of Chicora, MS; daughter, Jennifer Rena Letchworth (Andy) of State Line, MS; two brothers, James Odom (Shelia) of Fruitdale, AL, Eddie Carl Odom (Karen) of Piave, MS; three grandchildren, Cole Andrew Letchworth, Chloe Sierra Letchworth, Parker Glenn Odom; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation for Bobcat will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:30 PM Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Serenity Gardens Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Mark Ferguson and Rev. Tom Dees officiating. Interment will be in Serenity Gardens Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
