Mr. Billy Roy Williams, 80, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Sunday, June 7, 2026, at his residence. He was born in Laurel, MS on Friday, October 26, 1945, to the late Robert Alexander Williams and Alice Overstreet Starkey. He was a member of Living Church of God. He retired as a leather cutter at Wells Lamont.

   Mr. Williams is preceded in death by his father, Robert Alexander Williams; mother, Alice Starkey; brother, Jerry G. Williams. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Winnie Verlee Williams of Waynesboro, MS; two daughters, Rebecca Williams of Waynesboro, MS and Kennitha Taylor (Dan) of Theodore, AL; three sisters, Carolyn Graham, Sherry Doherty, both of Waynesboro, MS, and Paula Smith of Piave, MS; six grandchildren, David Taylor, Christopher Taylor, Michael Taylor, Benjamine Taylor, D. C. Taylor, and Zachery Taylor.
