Mr. Billy Ray Taylor, 68, of Ocean Springs, MS passed from this life Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport. He was born in Waynesboro on Thursday, July 16, 1953 to H. A. Taylor, Jr. and Mary Taylor. He had worked as a Trade School Worker at Singing River Industries. Mr. Taylor is preceded in death by is father, H. A. Taylor, Jr.; mother, Mary Taylor; sister, Shirley Faye Taylor. He is survived by his brother, Bobby True; two aunts, Bonnie Bonner (Forrest), Clara, MS, Faye Chestang, Axis, AL; several cousins. Visitation for Mr. Taylor will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Bo Bankston officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
