Mrs. Betty J. (Redding) Moseley, 77, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Saturday, August 1, 2026, at her residence. She was born in Mobile, AL on Friday, June 3, 1949, to the late James Leon "Jack" Redding, Jr. and Helen Louise (Reed) Redding.

   Mrs. Moseley is preceded in death by her parents, James Leon "Jack" Redding, Jr. and Helen Louise (Reed) Redding; two brothers, Ronald Jack Redding and Dennis James Redding; sister, Brenda Joyce Roberts. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Earl D. Moseley; daughter, Renae Busby (Shane), all of Waynesboro, MS; son, Jason Earl Moseley (Deeanna) of Buckatunna, MS; brother, Ricky Redding (Teresa) of Citronelle, AL; four grandchildren, Kyle Busby, Nathan Busby, Daisy Moseley, and Jack Moseley; three great grandchildren, Asher, Walker, and Saylor.

   Visitation for Mrs. Moseley will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:30 AM Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Serenity Gardens Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Chip Phillips officiating. Interment will be in Serenity Gardens Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
