Mrs. Betty Gray Wolford, 74, of Moselle, MS passed from this life Saturday, August 27, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Buckatunna, MS on Monday, June 28, 1948 to the late Johnny Busby and Viola Busby. She was retired as a Postmaster for the United States Postal Service. Mrs. Wolford is preceded in death by her father, Johnny Busby; mother, Viola Busby; brother, James "Buddy" Busby; sister, Julie Busby. She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Kenneth "Kenny" Wolford, Moselle, MS; son, Floyd M. Gray, Jr. (Anna), Lumberton, MS; daughter, Tabitha Freeman (Brentley), Clara, MS; step son, Corey Wolford (Rhonda), Des Moines, IA; step daughter, Wendy Malone (Walter), Cedar Rapids, IA; two brothers, Johnny M. Busby (Margie), Fruitdale, AL, Jerry G. Busby, Sr. (Jerry), Caldwell, TX; two sisters, Jeanne Allen, Mobile, AL, Dorothy "Dot" Long, Purvis, MS; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn Johnson (Trace), Laken Livingston (Grayson), Cayden Gray all of Clara, MS; 7 step grandchildren; great grandchild, Ridge Johnson; 3 step great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mrs. Wolford will be held from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Friday, September 2, 2022 at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, September 2, 2022 at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Jason Sehon officiating.
