Ms. Bettie Jean Harrison, 79, of Laurel, MS passed from this life Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Comfort Care Nursing Center in Laurel, MS. She was born in State Line, MS on Tuesday, August 1, 1944, to the late Wayne and Earlyne Harrison. She was a member of State Line Baptist Church. Ms. Harrison is preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Earlyne Harrison; Infant Sister Harrison. She is survived by two brothers, Jerry Wayne Harrison (Suzanne) of Piave, MS, Bill Harrison (Lillie) of Waynesboro, MS; four sisters, Marilyn Gardner (Pete) of State Line, MS, Barbara Dearman (Donald) of Waynesboro, MS, Janie McNeill (Bob) of Pearl River, LA, Evelyn Dearman (Milton) of State Line, MS; a host of nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service for Ms. Harrison will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Fellowship Cemetery in State Line, MS with Rev. Paul Harris officiating. Interment will be in Fellowship Cemetery in State Line, MS.
