Mrs. Austileen Cochran Trigg, 90, a longtime resident of Clara, MS passed from this life Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the Bedford Care Center - Monroe Hall in Hattiesburg, MS. She was born in Wayne County on Wednesday, October 29, 1930 to Austin Kelly and Velma Odom Brewer. She was a member of Clara First Baptist Church. She retired from the United States Postal Service as Postmaster with more than 20 years of service. Mrs. Austileen is preceded in death by her first husband, Hubert Cochran; second husband, Willie Gail Trigg; father, Austin Kelly and mother, Velma Odom Brewer; step father, Alex Brewer; sister, Emma Lee Tucker. She is survived by her son, Mike Cochran (Teresa), Petal, MS; two step-sons, Kevin Trigg (Selina), Waynesboro, MS, Kyle Trigg, Waynesboro, MS; two grandchildren, Candace Sanders (Dave), Philadelphia, MS, Shannon Stoker (Jason), Starkville, MS; step grandchild, Justin Trigg; four great grandchildren, Charley Stoker, Merri Scott Stoker; Grace Sanders, Trey Sanders. Visitation for Mrs. Austileen will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Clara First Baptist Church, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Clara First Baptist Church in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Jason Stoker and Dr. Richard Bradley officiating. Interment will be in White House Cemetery. Pallbearers are Rick Chapman, Chuck Hardee, David Sumrall, Robert Dean, Wendell Moody, and Randy Beard.
