Mrs. Angela Scrimpshire, 61, of Quitman, MS passed from this life Friday, January 16, 2026 at Ochsner Rush Medical Center in Meridian, MS. She was born in Meridian, MS on Thursday, September 24, 1964 to Michael Wayne Evans and Betty Geraldine Taylor. Mrs. Scrimpshire is preceded in death by, her beloved husband, Paul Scrimpshire; father Michael Wayne Evans; mother, Betty Geraldine Taylor; daughter, Alesha Jean Taylor, daughter, Kimberly Renee Taylor; grandsons, Kayden Haney and Kemper Wallace Haney. She is survived by, her son, Michael Chase Taylor(Shannon), of Hammond, LA; son, Christopher Edward Scrimpshire, of Quitman, MS; step son, Christopher Paul Scrimpshire(Tina), of Quitman, MS; step daughter, Wendy Turner(Anthothy), of Quitman, MS; step daughter,  Ashley Haney(Odell), of Quitman, MS; brother, John W. Hays(Tonya), of Pascagoula, MS; sisters, Renee Overby(Dickie), of Lucedale, MS and Melissa Himmel, of Bay Saint Louis, MS; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
