Mrs. Aleshia Kay Tate, 44, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Sunday, February 8, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Conroe, TX on Sunday, March 15, 1981, to David and Peggy Crow. She worked as a self-employed nail technician at Studio 13 in Waynesboro, MS.
Mrs. Tate is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Harold and Frankie McLain, paternal grandfather, Kenneth Crow, father-in-law, William Tate, brother-in-law, Lance Tate.
Mrs. Tate is survived by her husband, Joshua M. Tate; parents, David and Peggy Crow; son, Talon Tate; three daughters, Kelsey Holifield, Annaston Tate, and Karson Tate; brother, David Allen Crow (Ashton); sister, Mandy Holifield (Brad); granddaughter, Blakely Kay Tate; Mother-In-Law, Pat Tate, all of Waynesboro, MS; two nieces, Kilah Dearman, Brannigan Holifield; four nephews, Cameron Holifield; Kelly Tate, Dallen Holifield, Noah Tate.
Visitation for Mrs. Tate will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, February 13, 2026, at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Aaron Cooley and Rev. Ryan Powers officiating. Interment will be in Winchester Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
