Mrs. Ada Hollingshead, 94, of Millry, AL passed from this life Sunday, July 12, 2026, at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center in Mobile, AL. She was born in Washington County, AL on Friday, October 16, 1931, to the late Siley and Nannie Mae Touchstone. She was a member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church. She retired as an owner and operator of a Poultry Farm.

   Mrs. Hollingshead is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Hollingshead; parents, Siley and Nannie Mae Touchstone; three brothers, John Touchstone, Joe Touchstone, and Jessie Lee Touchstone; two sisters, Judy McMillan and Ruby Calhoun. She is survived by her daughter, Sue Montabana of Millry, AL; granddaughter, Michelle Milligan (Cody) of Manvel, TX; nieces and nephew, Debbie Dearmon, Gail Guy, Sarah Coaker, and Bobby Touchstone; great nieces and nephews, Brian Coaker, Misty Mason, Brad Guy, Tameka Harpole, Gayla Patrick, and Chad Guy; a host of great-great nieces and nephews.

   Visitation for Mrs. Hollingshead will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Chapel Hill Baptist Church, 7206 Horace Odom Road, Millry, AL 36558. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Chapel Hill Baptist Church in Millry, AL with Rev. Scott Giles officiating. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery in Millry, AL.
