T. Jack Miller

Mr. T. Jack Miller, 68, of Millry, AL passed from this life Monday, December 23, 2019 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Waynesboro, MS on Thursday, September 6, 1951 to Glovie Miller. He retired from Clarke-Washington EMC after 30 years as an Equipment Operator. Jack loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed riding on trail rides in his covered-wagon. He was the life of any gathering he went to. Mr. Miller is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Glovie Miller Guinn. He is survived by his son, R. Jack "Jack Rabbit" Miller (Lindsay) of Millry, AL; 2 daughters, Randa Duhon of Mobile, AL, Regina Miller (Robert) of Ellisville, MS; 3 sisters, Mary Katherine Harvell of Mobile, AL, Lennie Otterberg, Janice Barnes both of Millry, AL; 3 grandchildren, Bethany Miller of Ellisville, MS, Jackson Miller, Ella Miller both of Millry, AL. Pallbearers are, Ronald "Slick" Sullivan, Lil Al Roberts, Jimbo Barrentine, George Harvell, Eric Barnes, Jimmy Taylor, Brian Jones, and Brandon Tarver. Honorary pallbearers are, Jimmy Kirkland, Jerry Thompson, Danny Howard, and Val McCain. Mr. T. Jack Miller, 68, of Millry, AL passed from this life Monday, December 23, 2019. Visitation for Mr. Miller will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, December 27, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS.  Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Millry, AL with Rev. JoJo Weaver and Rev. Rickey Revette officiating. There will be a Lie-In-State from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM at the church. Interment will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Millry, AL.
