Mr. Roger Lee Harris, 73, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro. He was born in War Eagle, WV on Saturday, September 8, 1945. He retired from Hunt Oil Company as a Gauger. Roger is survived by his companion, Deborah Boyles, Waynesboro, MS; 3 sons, Stacey Harris (Jennifer), Waynesboro, MS, Michael Harris (Bobbie), Citronelle, AL, Chad Harris (Courtney), Shubuta, MS; brother, Ted Hatfield (Cindy), Ohio; sister, Jo Johnson, Gilbert, WV; 8 grandchildren, Markeen Cherry, Braxton Harris, Tessa Harris, Chase Harris, Laken Harris, Jalyn Harris, MaKael Harris, Collin Harris. Visitation for Roger will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday, October 1, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive Waynesboro, MS 39367. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, October 1, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Lamar Chapman officiating. Interment will be in Little Rock Cemetery.
