Mrs. Nellie Ruth Walker Taylor, 93, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Brookwood Villa Personal Care Home in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Pachuta, MS on Saturday, February 9, 1924 to John Wilton Walker and Mamie Arizona Walker. She was a member of Waynesboro First Baptist Church. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Taylor is preceded in death by her husband, Roy L. Taylor; father, John Wilton Walker and mother, Mamie Arizona Walker; 5 Brothers,  5 Sisters; son-in-law, Davis McEachern. She is survived by 3 daughters, Virginia Lane Taylor Johnston (Hamp), Magnolia Springs, AL, Sandra Taylor McEachern, Milton, FL, Linda Ruth Taylor Wade (Butch), Katy, TX; 8 grandchildren, Lara Lynn Murphy, Hampton Lee Johnston, Jr., Matthew Taylor Johnston, Kimberly Shea Copeland, Mary Taylor Lanctot, Christy Nicole Battaglia, Courtney Nell McEachern, Brian McRae Wade; 16 Great Grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Taylor will be held from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Waynesboro First Baptist Church, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Waynesboro First Baptist Church with Dr. Steve Smith officiating. Interment will be in Waynesboro Cemetery.
