Maxine (Knight) McCaw

Mrs. Maxine McCaw, 92, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Friday, February 2, 2018 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Seminary, MS on Saturday, March 21, 1925 to W W Knight and India Knight.  She was retired as owner and operator of Maxine's Florist. Mrs. McCaw is preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" McCaw; mother, India Knight; father, W W Knight; son, Buddy McCaw; daughter, Debbie McCaw; 6 brothers; 2 sisters. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Betty Doherty (Robert) of Myrick, MS, Pat M. Tate of Waynesboro, MS, Robin Blue of Waynesboro, MS; daughter-in-law, Brenda McCaw of Waynesboro, MS; 11 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. McCaw will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, February 3, 2018 in the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 4, 2018 in the Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. David Roberson and Rev. John Brown officiating. Interment will be in Winchester Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
