M. D. "Pap" Yarber

Mr. M. D. "Pap" Yarber, 79, of Vossburg, MS passed from this life Thursday, June 14, 2018 at his residence in Vossburg, MS. He was born in Eucutta, MS on Thursday, January 26, 1939 to Kerney Yarber and Ruby Yarber. He was retired as a Shop Foreman at Davis Brothers Contractors. Mr. Yarber is preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Yarber; mother, Ruby Yarber; father, Kerney Yarber; daughter, Deanna Yarber; 2 brothers, Sarge Yarber, Jimmy Yarber; 2 sisters, Johnnie Allen, Alice Mae Williams. He is survived by his son, David Yarber (Kerry), Vossburg, MS, 2 sisters, Sarah Logan, Eucutta, MS, Ella Wayne Shirah, Saraland, AL; grandson, Chris Belk (Amy), Pachuta, MS; granddaughter, Brandi Burge (Dylan), Vossburg, MS; 5 great grandchildren, Logan, Kaylee, Augustus, Madison, and Octavia. Visitation for Mr. Yarber will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday, June 18, 2018 at the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Yarber Family Cemetery in Vossburg, MS with Rev. Keith Bogan officiating. Interment will be in Yarber Family Cemetery in Vossburg, MS.
