Mrs. Lois W. Jones, 98, a resident of Hattiesburg, MS passed from this life on Friday, November 24, 2017 at Wyndham House in Hattiesburg. She was born on Sunday, December 15, 1918 in Mississippi to the late Daniel Boone and Margie West. Mrs. Jones is preceded in death by her husband, Pennie Jones. She is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Pallbearers are: Drew Pylant, Tony West, Ben West, David West, Bobby Boyles, and Roy Holifield. Visitation for Mrs. Jones will be held from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, Monday, November 27, 2017 in the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367. Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 PM Monday, November 27, 2017 from the Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro with Rev. Dan West officiating. Interment will be in Shirley Place Cemetery in Wayne County.
